Superyacht Experts Alliance was founded from the vision, expertise and passion of Stefano Pisano, a seasoned naval surveyor with a distinguished career dedicated to the inspection, diagnosis and valuation of luxury yachts and superyachts.
Over the years, Stefano has built extensive expertise across every critical technical and safety aspect of a vessel — from hull structures and onboard systems to mechanical components, engineering and regulatory compliance.
From this experience, SEA was created with a clear ambition: to transform individual excellence into a multidisciplinary platform capable of delivering world-class yacht consultancy services.
Today, SEA brings together a network of highly qualified professionals, offering integrated support across technical surveys, damage assessments, refit supervision, valuation, compliance and brokerage advisory.

Pre-purchase surveys, damage assessments, safety renewals, certified non-destructive testing (NDT), mechanical surveys, rigging inspections and CE construction and post-construction certifications — delivered through detailed technical analysis, compliance checks, condition reporting and expert consultancy for yachts and superyachts.
A masterfully executed yacht refit requires meticulous planning, premium materials and specialized workmanship. We coordinate every stage of the project — from systems and mechanics to interiors, painting and finishing — ensuring each intervention is carefully supervised, documented and verified to enhance appearance, reliability, safety and long-term value.
We coordinate and supervise all routine and extraordinary maintenance operations. We work closely with shipyards and suppliers, oversee repairs, manage refit activities and conduct periodic technical inspections to ensure your yacht remains in optimal operating and safety condition at all times.
